Dr. Angeline Beltsos
Dr. Angeline Beltsos is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). She has practiced medicine since 1991.
Dr. Beltsos completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loyola University in 1995, followed by a fellowship in REI at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, completed in 1997. Dr. Beltsos participates in numerous research projects and publishes scientific articles annually. She has received multiple awards in teaching and has been honored as a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly for several years. She is a popular speaker, both nationally and internationally, and a frequent media resource on the topic of infertility.
In 2025, Dr. Beltsos cofounded Therahaus Wellness Med Spa, a network of Med Spa Clinics, and serves as Medical Director. She is also the Executive Chairperson for the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International, an international conference of fertility experts. Her patients come from all over the U.S. and the globe. She has served as the CEO and Founding Physician of Vios Fertility Institute, as well as the CEO of Clinical and Chief Executive Physician at Kindbody.
For many years, Dr. Beltsos served as Medical Director of FCI, Vios Fertility, and Kindbody. As an integral part of leadership, she contributed to the company’s growth by leading the executive team and C-suite, and served as a Board Director of Kindbody. Her practice offers patients a tech-forward and elegant approach to care.
As Medical Director of Therahaus Wellness Med Spa, she pursues the mission to blend advanced medical aesthetics and wellness therapies with compassionate, patient-centered care—helping every individual feel confident, healthy, and empowered from the inside out.
She has spent her career teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. She was an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of the REI Division for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s residency program at Wayne State University. She was a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Loyola University. She is committed to giving back by teaching, employing, supporting, and inspiring students, interns, gap year students, residents, and fellows.
As a mother of four children, three by c-section and one by surrogacy, Dr. Beltsos appreciates the incredible journey and the beautiful reward of wanting to be a parent. With this, she also appreciates the rewards a med spa offers to help patients feel healthy and empowered.
Hannah Duckworth, PA-C
Hannah Duckworth, PA-C, is a highly trained Physician Associate with over 6 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (Go Badgers!) before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Rush University. During her training, she received the Dean’s Award of Academic Achievement, the 2019 Faculty Award for Clinical Excellence, and she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society
Hannah’s background in plastic surgery gave her a strong foundation in facial anatomy, precision, and attention to detail – skills she brings into every treatment she performs today. She blends that medical expertise with an artistic eye to create results that feel natural, balanced, and truly personalized.
At Therahaus Wellness Med Spa, Hannah offers a comprehensive range of services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, platelet-rich plasma, lasers, medical-grade facials, microneedling, and chemical peels. Morgan Eisenhauer, LE
An Illinois licensed esthetician and a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Biology, she brings a science-driven approach to skincare. Her passion lies in combining clinical knowledge with advanced aesthetic treatments to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. She specializes in services such as lasers, chemical peels, and facials, with a strong focus on skincare ingredients, formulations, and personalized treatment plans.
Education is at the core of her practice. She believes every client deserves to understand their skin and feel confident in the approach they take together. By tailoring treatments and home care routines, she helps clients achieve long-term results and truly revitalized skin.
Having personally struggled with cystic, nodular, and hormonal acne, she understands how frustrating and discouraging skin concerns can be. That experience shaped her compassionate, results-oriented approach. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident that the right solution for their unique skin needs will be found.
Her goal is simple: to help every client feel comfortable in their skin and confident in themselves.

Justin believes that true beauty begins with confidence and care. As the Medspa Director of Therahaus Wellness, he leads with empathy, vision, and a deep commitment to redefining the patient experience. His philosophy blends clinical excellence with a personal, human connection, ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
With more than a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, operations, and cosmetic dermatology, Justin has developed a unique ability to merge science, artistry, and compassion. He fell in love with this field after realizing how meaningful it is to play even a small part in helping someone feel confident in their own skin, a transformation that goes far beyond the surface.
Before launching Therahaus Wellness, Justin managed one of Chicago’s leading cosmetic practices, where he helped design treatment protocols, mentor aesthetic teams, and elevate standards of care. Today, he brings that same dedication to Therahaus Wellness, where every detail, from patient education to treatment design, is rooted in authenticity and intention.For Justin, Therahaus Wellness represents more than a medspa; it’s a sanctuary for renewal—a place where innovation meets heart, and where every individual can rediscover their confidence, radiance, and sense of self.
Gregory
Gregory is a lifetime learner who utilizes his logic and troubleshooting experience to analyze and solve difficult business matters. Mr. Poulos enjoys building effective teams within an organization and values culture and work ethic above other skills. Mr. Poulos has been responsible for multiple companies with sizes up to nearly $200MM.
Mr. Poulos was President of Kindbody, a network of fertility clinics with 32 locations and 850 employees. Prior to that Mr. Poulos co-founded, Vios Fertility, a network of fertility clinics that valued team and patient care above all. In addition, Gregory worked several years as an electrical engineer, including working as a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard a Los Angeles Class submarine in the United States Navy. Mr. Poulos is a voracious reader of business and leadership books and uses this to better serve the companies and team members he leads.
