Cancellation Policy

At Therahaus Wellness Medspa, we value both your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 of the scheduled service amount. Certain services or treatment packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other scheduled guests.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise, and management may consider exceptions.
