You will be greeted by our Guest Experience Specialist, checked in, and settled into our tranquil lounge, a calm, modern, restorative space with subtle botanical tones, natural textures, and an atmosphere designed to help you pause and exhale.
While you wait, you will be offered a complimentary still or sparkling water as we prepare your consultation experience. Your session begins in one of our private suites, where your provider will take real time to listen to your concerns, goals, and priorities. We then use the Aura Imaging System, an advanced 3D diagnostic tool that captures a complete, high-resolution rendering of your face, analyzing sun damage and pigmentation, redness and vascular visibility, pore size and overall texture, volume distribution and symmetry, and early signs of laxity or collagen loss. With these insights we can visualize how specific treatments can restore balance and achieve natural, harmonious results. In most cases, treatments such as Botox can be started on the same day as your consultation.
