I had an amazing experience at this new medspa! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The facility was beautiful and clean, which immediately put me at ease. I was a bit nervous at first, but my provider, Morgan, was so knowledgeable and walked me through every step, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. I'm thrilled with my results and I can already see an improvement in my skin. I highly recommend this spa and cannot wait to come back!
What I loved most about Therahaus was that it had such a “family” atmosphere and it was very warm environment. I thought the services were very fairly priced (I received the Hydrafacial), and the location was more than convenient. It’s right off Lake Shore Drive and walkable to Ricobene’s! (IYKYK). Taking the wife next time so she can experience what I did. Will be back no doubt.
I was nervous going into my first laser treatment, and the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. They were warm, patient, and explained everything so thoroughly. Definitely a one stop shop as they have all the newest treatments etc. Huge shoutout to Angie! She’s truly the best and made the entire experience so easy. They even offered snacks and a drink… honestly the relaxing day I didn’t know I needed. I’ll 100% be returning.
Had an amazing experience with the Therahus team! It was the first time I had IV therapy and can't reccomend it enough. Just what I needed post Bears 2026 season heartbreak :( Also, tried the hydrafacial - did not realize how much I needed it with the winter season. CAN NOT speak highly enoughabout the team. Everyone took great care of me - making me feel comfortable despite it being my first med spa experience. In addition, they were all so knowledgable about all the treatments and this is coming from a med student who just finished his skin block ;) will definitely be visiting in the near future to keep my skin glowing during this winter season!
The location is great and the range of services is extensive. The staff is super knowledgeable about all the treatment options and they provide comprehensive and unbiased information. Plus the owners are some of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet!
I had the best and most tailored experience EVER at Therahaus. I got the hydrafacial, IV drip, and lymphatic drainage massage, and it was the most perfect experience ever. Dr. Beltsos made me feel so comfortable and empowered, and I left glowing. I ended up getting the facial membership because it's such a bang for your buck, and I'm so excited to maintain this GLOW. Thank you Dr. Beltsos and team!!! I'm recommending to everyone!!!
I don't have a single negative thing to say about Therahaus. I mean just wow! I haven’t been to this med spa before, so I was a little nervous about what to expect, but Dr. Beltsos and the entire staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain the procedures, the tools and machines they will use and how they work to the care routine afterwards, which made me feel very comfortable. The results were amazing. The location was also very convenient and easy to get to and lots of parking nearby, and the services were very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.
