Gregory Poulos
Gregory is a lifetime learner who utilizes his logic and troubleshooting experience to analyze and solve difficult business matters. Mr. Poulos enjoys building effective teams within an organization and values culture and work ethic above other skills. Mr. Poulos has been responsible for multiple companies with sizes up to nearly $200MM.
Mr. Poulos was President of Kindbody, a network of fertility clinics with 32 locations and 850 employees. Prior to that Mr. Poulos co-founded, Vios Fertility, a network of fertility clinics that valued team and patient care above all. In addition, Gregory worked several years as an electrical engineer, including working as a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard a Los Angeles Class submarine in the United States Navy. Mr. Poulos is a voracious reader of business and leadership books and uses this to better serve the companies and team members he leads.

Gregory Poulos brings a unique combination of engineering expertise, military discipline, and healthcare leadership experience to Therahaus Wellness. His professional foundation began as an electrical engineer and Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard a Los Angeles Class submarine in the United States Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in technical problem-solving, precision, and operational excellence. He later applied this analytical approach to healthcare, helping build and scale patient-focused organizations with a focus on strong teams, effective systems, and sustainable growth.
As co-founder of Vios Fertility and former President of Kindbody, Gregory has led organizations with dozens of locations, hundreds of employees, and operations approaching $200 million in scale. His experience in executive leadership, team development, and organizational strategy allows him to create a strong foundation for Therahaus Wellness, supporting a practice built on thoughtful processes, high standards, and exceptional patient care.
